Description

Featuring a cast iron capstan head mounted on a heavy-duty planetary gearbox. The gearbox and motor are located within a protective steel tube for increased protection.
The entire capstan may be mounted above deck by means of a mounting plate on the base of the tube. Alternatively, the motor and transmission may be mounted entirely or partially below deck. Hence the ‘above deck’ projection of the capstan head may be selected by the client.
