Kier To Participate In £32m Framework |
|
Kier has announced participation in a £32m framework agreement and a new contract valued up to £300,000 per year, reinforcing its presence across the north-west and Staffordshire.
Kier has been named on the Fusion21 planned maintenance framework over the next four years covering social housing Registered Providers across the country. Fusion21 is a social enterprise that promotes public procurement as a means to save money and create social outcomes through co-ordinated buying of supplies and contractor services.

Kier has also been confirmed to carry out refurbishment to Empowering People Inspiring Communities (EPIC) Housing’s void properties across Stoke-on-Trent in preparation for incoming tenants. Work scope and scale ranges from a full kitchen or bathroom replacement to minor repairs. The value of the contract is up to £300,000 per year and runs for an initial two years with an option to extend for an additional two.
