Shawley Construction was started in 1983 by Simon Cowley and Stephen Shaw. It now employs 20 people and operates separate specialist divisions.

Shawley Construction is the division of the company that carries out all manner of quality building work. It co-ordinates the other divisions of the company in order to offer the customer a seamless and efficient service.

The Construction Division has experience across a wide range of building work. It has been involved in the careful maintenance of old and listed buildings, carries out domestic extensions and private house refurbishments up to £500,000.

It has also to been involved in civil engineering projects and the building and refurbishment of housing association properties and public buildings.

Aquaguard is the specialist felt roofing division of SHAWLEY Construction.

We have been trading for over 20 years. We carry out all felt roofing works within a 25 mile radius of our head office in Tonbridge, Kent.

Renowned locally for out top quality and excellent service, we offer a free site survey and fully detailed quotation carried out by our experienced surveyor, Mr Clive Tickner.

We also carry out roof tiling and slating, tiling repairs, gutter lining including; finlock gutters, lead flashings, chimney overhauls, and UPVC fascias and guttering.
