We are able to design, build and install solutions ranging from the simple to the difficult. We take pride in the quality of our work and we aim to provide a fast response.
Structural steelwork, for the installation of cranes, is designed and manufactured to suit each need. In addition, we are happy to provide other structural steelwork solutions together with platforms and hand railing. We have extensive experience of solving difficult situations, for example where swing jibs have to operate in restricted locations or where aluminium or stainless steel has to be used.
We supply and, where required, prepare for our customer's needs all types of lifting and lashing equipment.
Our design office makes full use of CAD and most of our installations are fabricated in our own workshop. To maintain our quality control, installation work is carried out by our experienced staff. We have extensive knowledge of working in steel and aluminium. In addition, we provide comprehensive testing services and appropriate certification.

The Company was founded in 1981 in the village of Ivinghoe near Leighton Buzzard, in Bedfordshire. We moved to new industrial premises in Leighton Buzzard in 1985 and expanded to larger premises in 1997. We have always been a family run business and this continues to influence the basis on which we work with our clients. Sound working relationships are paramount and much of our new work comes from recommendations.
SERVICES
Testing and Certification Service
We test lifting tackle, cranes, beams, chains and other equipment. We will use our in-house facilities or visit your premises where an on-sight service is appropriate. Certification is provided when appropriate.
Fork Lift Chain Testing Service
A professional service to clean, examine and test your fork lift truck chains. Each chain is proof loaded to 100% overload and a Test Certificate issued for each satisfactory chain. We offer a prompt turnaround and, where practicable, a collection and return service is available.
Structural Steelwork Design and Fabrication Service
We design, fabricate and install structural steelwork. Often complementing our crane and runway work but can be provided as a stand alone solution.
Cranes, Gantries, Davits and Runway Design and Fabrication Service
Whether it is new design and fabrication or a repair, we will be pleased to discuss your requirements. We have extensive experience of providing solutions for routine and special applications.
