The management of Total Rope Solutions Ltd, have been involved with the manufacturing and distribution of high quality lifting equipment for the past 40 years.

Once armed, if the padlock is moved or knocked the loud two tone alarm will sound.
This 110dB siren continues for 10 second unless re-triggered and is a great deterrant to the would be thief or opportunist burglar.
Our new design makes it very difficult for the sound to be muffled and the siren is loud enough to put off all but the most determined.
After ten seconds the padlock re-arms ready to deter the next person foolish enough to tamper with it.

We offer a Professional Service which compliments the Companies Rope Activities. This includes a complete supply, installation and maintenance package available around the clock throughout the U.K.
Inspection
- For enhanced rope life and complete resolution of service difficulties

- Onsite or inhouse inspection
- Periodic inspection of loose lifting gear, lifting machines and associated plant
Installation
- A full installation service is available for any type of lifting gear i.e. runways, swing jibs, and supporting structures.
- All work carried out by qualified engineers.
- Splicing and rigging either on site or inhouse.
Non destructive testing.
- We offer a full testing service either on site or inhouse.
Repair
- Whilst the equipment is under repair, replacements can be hired from our stock enabling the Customer to minimise down time. An official Test Certificate will accompany the repaired Lifting Tackle, where required. Equipment repaired and certified include:-
Manual Chain Block, Lever Pull Hoists, Pulling Machines, Hand Winches, Electric Hoists, Jacks, Beam Trolleys, Snatch Blocks, Chains Slings, Wire Rope Slings.
Consultation
We offer all our Customers a full Consultancy Service whether being the correct usage / choice of wire rope to the design of specialist lifting equipment.
