We are approved contractors for the installation of leading single ply, built up felt and liquid applied roofing systems as well as green and garden roofs.

Roofing Systems
One of the big advantages that Sanderoof can bring to your project are our dedicated installation teams - all directly employed by the company, many with over 20 years service within Sanderoof, and equipped with the experience, training and skills required to tackle the different solutions we offer.
As approved installers for our partner products Sanderoof can provide 10, 15 and 20 year insurance backed supplier guarantees covering materials and workmanship.
Our site managers and surveyors offer advice on tricky detailing or drainage problems and you can be sure that whatever the characteristics of the project we have faced and overcome similar scenarios in the past.
Aside from the flat roof systems outlined above, in conjunction with our partner contractors, we also offer pitched roof solutions for slate and tiled roofs and composite steel panel roofs.
Responsive repairs

Offering both a planned and re-active maintenance service, Sanderoof provide a same day/next day assistance assured service within the North West region to tackle pressing leaks during rain and take the pressure off estate managers.
We can generally fix urgent leaks straight away within half a day to one day and report on general roof conditions for further consideration. Our trained, in house cherry picker and boom operators can access even the most awkward locations.
This element of our services in particular is kept to within a tight budget agreed with the estate manager on a not to exceed basis. Our customers tell us that these emergency repairs do not generally fall within capital budgets and it is important to keep a lid on these unforeseen costs. With Sanderoof your costs for emergency leaks will not run away with themselves.
Refurbishment
With 30 years of refurbishment projects under our belt we are able to carry out roof re-waterproofing over occupied areas and have wide experience of working within sensitive occupied locations such as maternity wards, supermarkets, schools and call centres ensuring that refurbishment projects are delivered with uncompromising quality by the experts without disruption to you or your staff.
Our surveyors and operatives will come up with answers for all the awkward detailing often found on a refurbishment project and we work with our manufacturing partners to ensure penetrations, pipes, copings, sill heights and other common pitfalls are considered fully before rewaterproofing commences and that the system recommended for refurbishment is the most suitable for on site conditions.
New Build
Most new build roofing projects we undertake are as part of a team of contractors under the umbrella of an architect or main contractor design and build. Until the roof is on and waterproofed the internal works cannot commence and so our role is pivotal in ensuring that the project runs to timescales and our reputation is built ensuring continuation of works on the scheme.
Modification for rooftop equipment
Another key part of our business is modification of roofs to accept new plant and equipment. This consists of enabling works such as cutting of holes, forming kerbs, bespoke pipe and cable boxes and reinstating/ redirection of walkways and roof inspections and repairs after following trades.
